Please see attachment for the Senior Project Contest for the state SkillsUSA competition. The deadline for submission is February 20, 2012. This will give each contestant/contestants until close of state registration on March 16, 20102 to register for the state upon notification of acceptance into the competition. The regular State welding competition will be held in Nashville at Miller-Motte Technical College on April 7, 2012, at 8 AM. More information to follow at a later date. There will be an additional welding contest at the Tennessee SkillsUSA State Competition on April 23/25, 2012, in Chattanooga and will be a Welding Sculpture Contest. [...]

Supplied by the contestant: a. Desktop computer/monitor or laptop b. Visual Basic, Java, C++ or RPG software c. One copy only of the coding reference manual of the language in which they will code the program d. Ballpoint pens or sharpened pencils e. Blank notebook paper f. one-page résumé
